A gentle, inclusive space to be yourself

Compassionate, non-judgemental counselling in Paisley and online for women, nonbinary people and LGBTQ+ adults. A place to take things at your own pace, without hiding parts of yourself or worrying that you’re “too much.”

How I can help

You may be feeling low or overwhelmed, trying to make sense of a difficult or abusive relationship, or simply tired of feeling misunderstood. Therapy can give you space to talk things through, understand yourself more fully and find ways forward that feel right for you.

Neurodivergent support

As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I offer personal understanding and a supportive space where you can be yourself without judgement or pressure to mask.

LGBTQ+ affirming space

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I offer a safe, affirming space where you can speak openly—whatever you would like to explore in therapy.

Relationship recovery

If you’re living with the effects of a toxic or abusive relationship, therapy can offer space to make sense of what happened, rebuild trust in yourself and reconnect with who you are.

Boundaries and self-worth

Support to explore low mood, self-doubt and people-pleasing, while building self-worth and boundaries that feel right for you.

A collaborative approach

There is no single correct way to do therapy. Some people need space to talk and process, while others find practical ideas and strategies helpful. We can work together to find what suits you and move at a pace that feels comfortable. Spiritual or metaphysical beliefs are welcome too, and will be treated with openness and respect.

"Julianne listened very well, took on board what my issues were and helped guide me through it all without any judgment. I felt safe to open up to her straight away. She helped me through my insecurities, my thoughts, and my overthinking. I would highly recommend Julianne to anyone needing a bit of counselling."
